Abuja- According to the verdict of the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Thursday, the leaders of the Akwa Ibom All Progressives Congress (APC) will remain in office, Vanguard reports.
In its decision on Thursday, the appeals court upheld the election of the leaders inaugurated by the defunct national interim committee of the CPA after the last congress, Leadership added.
