Lindee Mitchell earns an American FFA degree

The Cassville FFA Chapter recently participated in the 94th Annual FFA National Convention and Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana, where students learned about careers in the agriculture industry, competed for awards and discussed the future of the national organization of the FFA.

During the convention, Cassville grad Lindee Mitchell, Class of 2020, received her American FFA degree, which is the highest degree an FFA member can receive.

“I’ve enjoyed being able to come together as a Chapter and bonding on a new level,” said Cassville FFA member Grace Yocum. “We had so much fun together and made so many memories. I’m so lucky to have fun counselors who made this trip such a great experience.”

The National FFA Convention & Expo is the largest youth convention with nearly 55,000 FFA students from the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
