PITTSBURGH, Pa. (August 9, 2022) – The Golf Heritage Society (GolfHeritage.org) will hold its 51st National Convention September 21-24 in Indianapolis.
“The GHS will host a memorable National Convention in Indianapolis, with a variety of programs and activities for attendees,” said Society President Dr. Bern Bernacki, “including stories and tributes to Pete and Alice Dye , as well as a round table of architects – and lots of camaraderie.”
Two golf outings will also be on the program, at the Eagle Creek Golf Club and the Indianapolis Country Club; a cocktail reception and banquet, with keynote speaker Chris Wirthwein, author and Crooked Stick Golf Club historian; and the hugely popular GHS Golf Memorabilia Show, with some of the world’s most fascinating golf memorabilia available for trade or purchase.
The show, which will take place on Saturday September 24, is open to the public free of charge, as is the PBA Galleries auction on September 21.
The 51st GHS National Convention will be held at the Wyndham Indianapolis West Hotel near the airport.
